As you may have noticed, I'm not very active on this website anymore and have not submitted anything for well over a year.
I have just moved onto different things... and yes, I still make music. I just don't submit it here anymore. In fact, any musician here who takes himself seriously or plans to in the future... my advice would be to start submitting your work elsewhere and browsing production forums. I found that there weren't many here who offered legitimate production knowledge. While there are certainly a few who know parallel compression from side-chaining, I simply did not find this place very helpful.
Now, this isn't to insult the community here. It's awesome to see a really tight knit group of young producers... but I encourage every last one of you to look outside of the website for some musical influence.
I still love Newgrounds for what it is, and it appears to be going strong... I am just making an appearance to offer you all some advice which really helped me in the long run.
